Group Bookings

1. You have booked Podumna Village on an exclusive basis. Therefore, there will be no other guests staying during your time with us. This means we can dedicate ourselves to your party only.

2. Group Bookings are available for a minimum number of 20 guests. Should this number fall below the minimum it will without exception cause a per head increase to cover the shortfall in revenue.

3. Deposit of €50 per person is paid in advance to secure the date of the booking. This deposit is held to secure the date only, if for any reason the booking can not proceed this will mean and without exception a full forfeiture of the deposit. All other additional monies are paid towards the event, if in the occasion of cancellation all additional monies less deposit will be returned in full to the group.

4. The package offered is a group package and therefore the cost per head has already taken economies of scale into account and if an attendee can not participate in the full itinerary that is not a matter for Podumna Village and no rebate is possible.

5. Dietary, we will once given prior notice (minimum one week) ensure that any guest with special dietary needs is accommodated, It is important that we be given as much time notice as possible to make sure we order in and prepare a menu suitable to the individual.

6. All outdoor activity is carefully managed, and we take great care to ensure our neighbours are not inconvenienced by late-night noise. This is simply done by moving by degrees activity, entertainment, and social gathering closer to and finally indoors. We would kindly request that all music and noise ceases around the accommodation areas after 9 pm, social gathering is welcome in our courtyard and garden room until 11 pm and we allow indoor socializing until 3 am in our social area.
